Custom North Port Deck & Fence provides residential deck construction, fence installation, and related outdoor living structure services to homeowners in North Port, FL and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, custom deck design and build, composite and wood deck installation, fence installation, deck repair and replacement, screened enclosures, pergola installation, and associated work.
All services are subject to a written estimate or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Custom North Port Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including site conditions, material costs, and project scope as described by the customer. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if the project scope changes, if conditions discovered during work differ materially from those present at the time of the estimate, or if material costs change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work that affects the agreed price.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to change based on weather conditions, permit timelines, material availability, and prior project schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits paid for materials or permit fees that have already been incurred may not be refundable. Any specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your written project agreement or estimate. Typical payment schedules involve a deposit at project start and a final payment upon substantial completion of work. Final payment is due upon project completion and your inspection of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is significantly overdue.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that we have legal access to the work site during scheduled work hours. You are also responsible for disclosing any known underground utilities, easements, or property restrictions that could affect the project. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed underground obstructions.
Where required by local ordinance or building code, Custom North Port Deck & Fence will obtain the necessary building permits before commencing work. Permit fees are typically included in or added to the project estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any applicable homeowners association (HOA) approvals are obtained before work begins. We are not responsible for project delays caused by HOA review processes.
Any workmanship warranty offered by Custom North Port Deck & Fence will be specified in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, we warrant that the work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (lumber, composite decking, fasteners, staining products, etc.) are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer. We make no additional warranty on materials beyond what the manufacturer provides. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper maintenance, misuse, or modifications made by parties other than Custom North Port Deck & Fence.
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom North Port Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Custom North Port Deck & Fence or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
In the event of a dispute arising from our services or these terms, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not successful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in North Port, FL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts located in North Port, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
